Amelia Marshall
Bachelor of Health Sciences, Master of Physiotherapy Practice

Amelia graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences & Master of Physiotherapy Practice (Hons). Since then, she has worked as a paediatric Physiotherapist at Monash Children’s Hospital, the Royal Children’s Hospital and Royal Darwin Hospital. She has experience working with children with a wide range of orthopedic, neurodevelopmental, neurological, cardiorespiratory, surgical, medical and genetic conditions.


Amelia recently completed the postgraduate Specialist Certificate in Paediatric Orthopedic Physiotherapy through Melbourne University. She has also completed the 'Enhancing Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy - Introduction Module' and ‘Advancing Skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy – Chronic and Complex Conditions’ through Monash University, the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination training, Australian Physiotherapy Association Level 1 Paediatric Course, and the ‘Paediatric Respiratory and Neurosciences Physiotherapy’ and ‘Aquakids’ courses at The Royal Children’s Hospital.


Amelia lives in the inner west and enjoys bike riding in her spare time. She is currently training to complete a 200km event in the high country. She is passionate about helping children develop physical skills to their full potential and applying the principles of family centred care when working with families. She enjoys facilitating the development of a strong multidisciplinary team around the child.
