Mikayla joined the Little Movers Physiotherapy team in July 2019 with experience in the specialist school and private practice settings. She has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (La Trobe University) and Master of Physiotherapy (The University of Canberra) and completed part of her training at Sydney Children’s Hospital. Mikayla has worked with children with a wide range of conditions including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, childhood cancer, neuromuscular disease, complex conditions and musculoskeletal conditions such as torticollis and biomechanical concerns. She is also an elite athlete, playing football for the Western Bulldogs Women’s VFL side.

Mikayla is compassionate, empathetic and respectful. She enjoys working with families from diverse backgrounds to integrate therapy into daily routines. She loves coming up with creative and playful ways to make physiotherapy fun for children of all ages so that they reach their maximum physical potential.
